i hv this problem too..and yah..it's getting worse..sometimes..in the middle of the night..i'll juz woke up..due to the sharp pain...machiam like stab after stab..right through my heart..my back..especially my chest..it's sooooooooooo unbearable..
and when i turn my body left or right..i can feel the sudden pain..but i've nv seen a doc for tt case.. -

Well I have the tendency to try to "punch" my chest a little when the pain comes. Feel like digging the whole heart out,,,,
But I have never any case of asthma or heart problem..
so anyone has any idea if this could be due to over stress up?

I also keep having terrible disturbance from my 'speedy' heartbeat and no choice have to wake up at nite...... -

Yes. It's quite likely that the pain would just come and goes... If it doesn't, then you're probably having quite a serious case... Restless is probably a psychological effect then a direct one...
The pain could be caused mainly because of stress... It could also be an elevated or triggered symptom brought about by stress if you have hidden cardiac diseases... If I'm not wrong, the males population generally have a higher chance of getting genetic heart problem down their family tree... And you're still quite young... So you shouldn't worry yourself unnecessarily? At your age, it probably won't be anything too serious which could bother you too much....
Try to have enough rest and sleep... Keep your mind relaxed as stress is not only known to trigger cardiac diseases but other complications too?
If it really worries you so much, go see a doctor... And as I've mentioned earlier... Get a specialist followed by a proper check up... Try to get a 2D echo done at least for a start...?
