  it would depends...
  normally i would hold hands... but sometimes waist too.. shoulder will have to depends on height.. if comfortable height, can put round shoulder...

  Whilst walking, holding hands is the most comfy : ) Altho once in a while, the guy can slide his arm ard the girl's waist, both of them smilez, & the girl leans her head against his shoulder for a short while. That's romantic too
