have searched through web and only found singapore association for counselling... and SOS in the post of yours... -

Even if you have not gone for any counselling, you can just 'let everything out' to someone you know or even someone whom you don't really know?

actually talked to a friend b4 liao... she released alot out of me liao so that's why feeling so much better... else hahaha i cant imagine... now can eat better liao, can sleep peacefully liao, can concentrate on work better liao... i think the remaining still got to depend on myself... i will be strong... will never be defeated so easily especially by things not worth defeating me!!! -
