  i tried all methods below and grow 25 cm within 2 yrs (in sec 3 & 4)maybe also due to growing up stage...
  
  skipping,swimming,basketball,stretch my body(stretch yr hand,body,leg while lying down) ,wear a special type of sole(insert in yr shoe) that help to increase yr height

  If you want to seek perfection in height and your pockets permit, u can always go for surgery where they stretch ur legs and bones to make you taller. THis method can make u grow up to 25cm.
  If you have no money, try those down to earth methods like skipping,playing basketball or try jumping like mad. =p
  Or you if don't mind downing stuffs into your system, chinese tonic or special ancient formulas will work for you too.

  Hmm, 16 only mah. I 'think' boy usually still can grow until 18 or 19 right? I think playing basketball no use. I play so often also still so short. Eat more ( tts what those seniors told me ) Let nature take its course?
