Depends from person to person...after looking at the arty farty people in upper town you can say Singapore is begining to become " sophisticated " like the West but then you go back to your new towns and you see all the auntie and ah pek drinking kopi with their legs in the air no words to say...but in a way it's nice la. Singapore is a mixture of all kinds of people more culturally diverse. Some people we really don't need so much of though. Too many inconsiderate people nowadaes.

Do you mean Location or culture, If culture we are mix of different races, north,south,east and west. If location, you jolly well know that we are in South East Asia..

Yes SEA maybe Eastern or Asian geographically, but it is still a complex mixture of everything. You cannot narrowly restrict SEA or Singapore into east or west.
