Any good butt training exercise?

  hi everyone as mentioned above, does anyone has any good ways to enhance the (female) butt? That is to make it rounder n firmer. Please do advise. ^^

  got someone ask me to go this......
  
  stand up.....then stand on ur toes and "suck" in ur butt.....heels down...
  repeat and do in sets........
  
  but i lazy, personally no try.....
  oredi got big butt liao......

  try doing some exercise, cos it helps. otherwise, get a gal who likes to bonk. butts with dimples are especially attractive.
  
  not to mention butts that do not tire. its a turn on for me.

  dimples on butts, if u exercise or do often enough, should have it. i will definitely feel that part, excites me.
