a simple theory, yet one of the hardest to follow.
but it can be done.
after my previous relationship, i allowed myself to sink deeper and deeper into the abyss; not listenin to wat others' advices, not even thinking straight.
day by day, the more i struggle to hang on to wat's left of the failed relationship, the more lost i felt. no longer tot there was a purpose in life, no where to run to , no where to hide.
i also dunno how i managed to get over it by now. but i know, tat pieces of advices in the sgforum did knock some senses into me. so if a f*ck-up person like myself can do it, i believe so u can too. the 1st step is always the hardest.
and after tat 1 step, everything becomes so much easiler.

So true. No doubt a ended relationship hurts. But time still runs on. Sometimes a break is not an end but rather a beginning. Of newer things to come.
For those who chose suicide over life, I wish I had been there to offer these words to you.
