  Thank you for the support rendered at our events.
  
  Currently we need volunteers to help us update our data but this can only be
  done in our office as the information had to be updated to our donor system.
  Should any one can help, please let me know as we need the data to be
  updated as soon as we can.

  Don't know ley... Still haven't check out the details... Just got the mail today. But I have to work lah... Think I can only make it after office hours on a week day, if not a weekend?

  As the system is in our office thus the updating of data can only be done
  during office hours or over the weekend. Our office hours are from:
  Mon-Fri; 9AM - 5PM and Saturday; 9AM - 12.30PM
  
  During our office hours, we can only accommodate 1 volunteer as we only have
  1 PC free for use. However, during weekends, we can take in about 4
  volunteers at the same time. As we need the data updated asap for our
  distribution of newsletters, we aim to have the data updated by end of July.

  I'm working on alternate Saturdays and weekday is impossible for me?
