Problems in Army Camp.

Been happening with a lot of thing since I entered in my current unit. It is a long story. F*uk, I take Medical Appointment during execise cut , people say they are unhappy and my "so called" buddy keep pissing me off sometimes by saying words like "fire him, he lousy" All this happended straight after the major exercise so I was thinking all these people in the dept must be to use me before killing me. Funny thing is when it is their buddies who go for Medical Apointment, no one say anything, everyone so happy. I also knew a few bastards who always talk behind people back, kept saying this guy bad but he still make good friends with him. My warrent warn me that this dept has actors and react-ors . When I am working like a bloody fool, nobody cares, when I get something extra benefit, people kept gossiping about it. unfair this unfair that.
Really feel like posting out . when requested to do so, officers kept pulling me back saying that he need me and help your understudy. I feel like being used all along and thrown away. I still got 2 mths left to clearing leave. is it still possible to post out to another dept. Really sickening all this people. -

endure. u dun know the Shit i had to go thru by dept. sounds like yours but worse. ended up big fight between me n unit, ended up in stalemate, but nobody picked on me for sometime after that, and i got my special concessions.

it all depends on how they want to do it...one way is to simply say "Why U never learn properly?now got problem...U go and settle yourself."..then the understudy got one big mess on his hands...U think those people will help to clear the mess?No way.the most he can do is to make noise...but usually the ones at the top just wants to get the thing done...they wouldnt bother who is the one actually doing it....so its a test of how bochup the understudy and those people are. -

even if U purposely call back and say U neber teach...it doesnt mean that those people will take what what is rightfully theirs and do it...the additional work would most likely become part of the workload of the understudy...
Ur presumption is that those people will be paiseh/sensible/whatever enough to take back what they dumped on the upperstudy...but sadly to say...it doesnt always happen...and when it doesnt happen...the understudy will get the shit.

EVEN if u wanted him to do it, u have to teach him RIGHT? so unless u're telling me those SAF ppl are so farking stupid that they dun know u have to teach someone something if u want him to do THAT something, YES. as for AFTER i've ORD, they call me for wad, well u'll just have to ask them to find out what THEY were thinking in their tiny little heads dun u? I went back for one day AFTER I ORDed, to teach my understudy, I'll be damned if im going to do ANYTHING more. -

HAiz, it doesn't pay to be kind. I always told him that you are lucky to find me a good understudy to teach you everything I know. BUt he always go up when the work is done and only come down when I call him. Everything also press button to move, a bit pek chey. Last time, my upperstudy after I finished learning, everything all throw to me until the day he ORD. Life is too tough for me. SOmetimes I have to run here run there just to do multiple jobs at one time and up and down the stairs 20+ times a day. I was on duty somemore. Those were the days. My understudy likes to act smart. Very Pek Chey
