  Will it cause blood in your motion too ? thanks

  If in serious pain, betta consult a doc/ gynae
  
  else if just cramp, try putting a warm cloth over ur abdomen, will feel betta.
  
  As for the passing motion, guess you may have to check if it's heavy flow that led to dis scene of blood in ur motion (The blood might have somehow drip/leak and make u think that it's blood in ur motion)
