Spying Employer

  Hi,
  
  My current employer is "spying" on our daily email and computer activities by having a vurtual screen on his computer in his office.
  
  What legal help can we get to prevent or stop such unenthical practices?

  if it's company's policy that they practise IT auditing then u can't do anything about it........
  
  if it's company email, then it's their job to make sure all correspondence and activities are for business usage and purposes.......

  I don't think there are any laws in SG that prevent that.
  Its the employer's right.

  hello hello ....... you are using COMPANY e-mail and COMPANY computers.
  
  need i remind you that they belong to the COMPANY? you will never get a case like this across (except maybe in the US)
  
  and what are you so afraid about? unless you are using the stuff for things other than work
