Which contraceptives are the best?

Had a gathering with old classmates a few days ago and we came to the topic of contraceptives... most can't decide which is the best... oral or caps? advise pls?

Research has shown that condoms are usually the better choices when properly used with relatively little side-effects IF ANY at all... Working it out from the female's side has shown to be relatively less efficient and comes with the possibility of side effects when medication administration is considered...

Research in Australia had invented pills for men... and the other option is injection once a month for it...
So guys... we just need to wait till it's in the market... soon...

Is jus tyin of the sperm ducts so tat other kinda of fluid is ejaculated, n no sperms is inside lor... Is a short process... Do finish, can go home liao... But tis is permanent, so once done, cannot be undone...
Female, is cut n tied the fallapion tube... So the egg cannot go in, then no fertilization, so no pregnacy lor... Same as guy, also perm... Called ligation... -

Most people avoid sex durin the fertile period, which is considered day 11 to day 17...
Day 1 is the start of ur menstr... ends usually dae 5... So rite after ur mens, n rite b4 ur men, relatively should be no ovulation, so less chance of pregnancy... But very dangerous!!!
Condoms or diaphragm: Most common type lor
Oral contra: PIlls...
Got diff types... Got to try out which suits better lor... Sometimes got side effect, mayb grow fatter, etc... Some have, some don have lor...
IUD: Intra uterine device: They say tis type not so adviceable for those not yet given birth, coz may cause infection, n then affect fertility rate... Is puttin of a small U shaped tube into the cervix inside... Then got a thread hangin out de lor... Can last up to 1yr or longer ba, if i not wrong...
Injections: Think is every 3 mths or so, go for a jab... CAn prevent pregnancy lor...Usually injected into the buttok area...
Patch: Not so sure, think jus paste on the patch can liao lor...
Implantations: Got a few very small Hmm... Dunno how describe... but jus implant some really small items inside ur arm there lor... done under local anesthesia... can last 3 -5yrs...

pills are more efficient than condoms... and from wat i read before, pills nowadays have very much less side effects than before...
Also, there are some benefits like good for the skin and reducing ovary cancer.
but then if the girl is not willing to take then dun force her lah... not nice to have to swallow medicine everyday...
those new patch might also be a good choice... works like pills but dun have to take orally... -
