i think it's human nature to look, to admire beautiful things/people.
But if it's more than just a glance, a look, then i think you should bring up the issue to your bf. For all you know, he's not aware that you are upset about it.
Communication is very impt in relationships. And communication is definitely does not refers to only the exchange of lovey dovey words. -

Actually looking at other girls is quite normal. One of my friend even stop any conversation halfway and turn his head to the side just to stare at pretty ladies. Its not that they find the lady beside them to be inferior, its just that guys being a horny creature like looking at any pretty girls.
