U can still eat MEAT! Don't eat red meat loh... in fact lean chicken meat is a good source of protein and somemore no carbs or low carbs. Eat balance meal. Long-term having atikin meal isn't actually healthy. The diet meal is still being questioned by some scientist. Some believe it's bad for heart ETC.

wow....ur methods / recommendations seems conflicting..heehee.... so which one is better ? Carbs (none or little), Atkins, Slim-Fast, Ensure.. Any Singaporeans tried any meal replacement products from GNC , such as ScanDiet, Total Lean MRP? my ex does this tho, tt's wat he claims...i only noe that he takes in a small bowl of rice, with soup loads of veggies n meat...according to him, one doesn need that much carbs for dinner cos u're awake for juz another 2-6 hours
if u wanna keep a veggie diet, make sure u dun stop it, cos according to him, ur intestines will get longer in order to digest all those veggies...so when u go back to takin meat, the stuff gets absorbed more... =p how true this is, i'm not sure...
one helpful tip: try to eat b4 6, cos u still have quite a few hours to go b4 u slp, so more calories get digested
try to slp b4 9 or 11 for those who are below 21 years old....cos the metabolism rate of the body is at its highest frm 1-3 or 11-1...i can't remember the time...
