Flowers And Cards... Breakup

Ok, short and simple.... my gf just broke up with me. She feels we not suitable for each other...
Anyway i want to send her some flowers to say sorry how i treated her...Can anyone give me some idea what to write in a card???If not write out the whole paragraph which will make a gf feel happy to know the bf still care even she breakup with me.. possible or not??? This task i need sgforum to help liow. Thanks

Well things somehow manage to change in few hours, my so called x gave me a call and things seems to going back to normal (but i want to make it better now). is this the first time she leaves you tho? or has she done this a lot of times before? just curious..

If you don't know how to put it in words, show it with your actions.
