Your analysis, please

  I can't figure out whether she likes me or not. Here are the facts:
  
  1. She calls me out at least every other day in the evening, and at most, two days in a row. We have met about six times over the last two weeks.
  
  2. She SMSs me daily.
  
  3. She claims she needs to be surrounded by people otherwise she feels awkward and depressed. She hates being alone. She calls one friend after another till someone can make it.
  
  4. She thinks I'm good-looking.
  
  5. She told me she was shocked (she appeared genuinely appalled) that someone suggested she liked me and wanted to find out why the person said so.
  
  6. I might have a crush on her.
  
  7. Both of us got out had a bad break-up recently, but hers was not as recent.

  I think you're thinking too much. You made all your points point towards one direction. You have to see it from another point of view to fully assess the situation. Good luck.

  For the reason behind actions 1. and 2., the answer is actions 3.
  
  For actions 4., she really finds you good-looking among the rest of her other guys friends. But it doesn't means that she will like you, because there will be plenty more good-looking guys around and she won't be busy liking all of them.
  
  For actions 5., I believed that she meant to inform you not to get the wrong impression that she liked you. In fact, she doesn't...because if she really liked you, she will not hurt you by mentioning this cruel example to you.
  
  For actions 6. and 7., I know that you liked her and you needed some sort of confirmation for this entire thing. It is not what you think it is, anyway...she haven't like you yet. So if you like her, go ahead and do some actions...you can't always wait for things to happen to you.

  To know a person likes you anot.. is not only based on such things.. if like this.. dunno how many people is liking one another.. She msg you daily.. becos she might treat you as a very good friend.. She also mentioned that she hates to be alone.. that makes her point stronger about the sms daily thing..
  
  She shocked about people telling her.. cos.. she always feel that you both are good friends.. and why suddenly they will put you 2 as an item.. What you think is all based on your own feelings.. Certain things.. you need to think the other side of it.. Put the feelings aside.. and think normal..

  Ok guys, problem solved. I'm going to strike her off the list.
  
  1. Just remembered a friend whom I do not want to ruin relations with likes her and that she is quite dear to him. They had gone out before, casually.
  
  2. I'm quite convinced she has no romantic interest in me.
  
  But that still doesn't explain why she keeps SMSing me. Argh.

  If she likes you and this sort of situation did happened, she wouldn't have mentioned it to you.
  
  Hmm...generally if a gal likes a guy, she will make her feelings known by being responsive to the guy.
