Friend just told me she's leaving SG goin back to her country immediately next month
Like hours after she told me that.. i felt like i was being strangled, felt a bit of loss appetite and basically sad that wun see her again. -

Well, instead of confessing your feelings and declaring your undying love to her. Why not let her know that you are going to miss her when she is gone?
