May it be that she's 'kind' (by nature?) or just out to use you... You probably can't easily change her... If it has to happen, it would probably be more because of other factors... You step in too DEEP, you might just end up like a bird without wings...

If you really want to help her, juz keep advise her, encourage her and guide her, not to give money. Hold on this relationship as you are not ready for this love.

I wonder if it's coz she needed the money to support her current lifestyle of booze and clubbing. She don't want to find a job.. she might just have that mentality to continue her current lifestyle coz it's such an easy way out.
This is why she needed a guy who can give her money whenever she needs. Perhaps she did consider you b4.. but she did some weighing on her own.. so she pick the other guy.
