Here's the scenario : My & I are naked and his penis brushed against my outer thigh. I washed my entire body twice straight after that and this happened on the day my period ended. Is there any chance of pregnancy? He did not ejaculate and we did not engage in sex.

Whenever you wanna have or have sex.. Always think of the consequences.. If he has ejaculated into you, no matter how much soap or bleach you use.. As mentioned that your period ended.. There MAYBE a possiblity that a person will still get pregnant.. But this is 1 in a million cases.. If you are.. we at AA will call u goddess..

As for the your cycle, I take it that you mean finished your cycle to be that your uterus had just shed all its lining (the lining is there for the fertilised egg to embed itself). Since it is the end of the cycle, the uterus has no lining for any embryo to attach) and at the same time it is uncommon for your ovary to release another egg during this period (uncommon yes but not unheard of) so the chance of pregnancy is very low.
nevertheless, please please protect yourself and not engage in high risk sexual activity. you dont need this trouble. sex is created to be fun and to surprise the committed couple (depending on your belief - marriage) but if you use it this way you may end up in trouble like so many unwed pregnant women
Its a fact of life, the more a girl gives of her body before marriage the more she stand to loose... sorry but its true.
