Sorry to post the topic like tat but i need help urgently. I'm looking for anyone who had signed the Deed of Separation and willing to provide me info abt some legal issue during the separation.. Its more on female side issue so prefer female users who is willing to help.. Pls PM me if anyone can offer me help. Thanks alot.

What seems to be the issue that you need to talk about? If its legal issues, I would suggest that you talk to a lawyer and not someone who had signed a Deed of Separation. He or in this instance She would not be clear as to the legal procedure nor more importantly the rational why the law dictates that certain things be done certain ways. Why you need to sign a deed of seperation? For signing of deed of seperation, it doesn't mean that you and your spouse are over. The purpose of seperation is to allow the couple to have a different lifestyle. You will still have contact and if there's a child involved, it might be a bit difficult.
For further enquiries, you can consult a lawyer from the Legal Aid Bureau. But if the matter is serious, you can consider the ultimate last resort which is divorce. It's not a shame to be a seperate or divorcee. In this society, man and woman are all equal. Every person has different excuses for themselves. Just know what you are doing and ignore all those ppl who gossip or said something bad about you.
