Growing in the 80s iwas way much better than the millenium

  Nostalgia aside, the 80s era had the growing heavy metal scene. I was an 80s baby myself, but I had to grow through the music scene of boy bands, rap, hip hop and R&B. If I was a teenager during the 80s, that would be awesome for a true metal fan

  Yeah. In the 80's was when hardcore punk bands are still young. Not to mention New wave music.

  I grew up in the pop era, but fell in love with Heavy Metal (which in includes Thrash Metal and Power Metal). I only like stuff from the 80s and 90s, unless those bands releases a new album that is. Power metal, its different because its quite a new genre compared to heavy metal, so I only like the popular bands like Hammerfall or Blind Guardian.
  
  All I can say is that they don't make band like they do back then...
  A7x!? wtf? thats no contest to the older bands... they are just a boy band formed to play what they think is metal? Boy Band Material.
