After a twelve year hiatus, Seattle based grunge legends Soundgarden has announced that they have reunited. The linup of singer/guitarist Chris Cornell, bass player Ben Shephard, drummer matt Cameron and guitar player Kim Thayil will be performing a series of shows in the west coast of the United States later this year and are rumoured to be performing at the Coachella Music Festival. A message from Chris Cornell's official website reads:
"The 12 year break is over and school is back in session. Sign up now. Knights of the Soundtable ride again
Ride Onnnnnn!!! after missing Audiosave, glad to see Chris back again. Ohhh yes, gonna register for my class....

.....quite normal for bands to break up and re-group again these days, Anyway, Chris never been happy with audioslave, because he got to share the spotlight with tom mollero. It shown in their 3 albums, the first one is the best! The other two just forgettable...

Audioslave is history now, but the fantastic songs live on! i.e., "Like a Stone", "Show me how to LIve", "Cochise", & "I'm the highway".
