MyDesert.com reports: Two Riverside County men settled their negligence and
liability lawsuit in which they contended that poor security was to
blame for injuries they suffered at the 2007
Ozzfest concert in Devore.
Michael McClelland and
Stephen Holloway filed their lawsuit in January 2008 in Los Angeles Superior Court against
Contemporary Services Corp. of Northridge, which provided security at the July 21, 2007, event. Also named as defendants were
Live Nation Worldwide Inc., which promoted the concert, and
Pavilion Partners Ltd., owners of Glen Helen Pavilion.
A court filing lodged April 15 with
Judge Michael L. Stern regarding the settlement did not divulge the terms.
