How to Launch My Own Local Internet Radio Station?

I know there are sites like live365 which offers members to become a DJs by launching their own radio stations by signing up with live365 dj program. However, the site only have mainly listeners from the USA. I want to launch my very own local radio station which is independent of Mediacorp catered to mainly local listeners. The type of songs I wish to play are modern country hit songs. I always enjoy country music from singers like Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum etc. I figure it is a good idea to introduce country music to our local listeners and at the same time made money by generating ads and traffic to my site. But the trouble is I totally have no idea how it can be done!

Could any helpful mates here provide me the answers to get things going? Thanks!!

I was thinking, why does it matter that you can't use live365 to do the dj hosting and build a website .com.sg and put the link to your Singaporeans audience?
