  I await this December where it marks the first time, i am moving house... How many times you people move house?

  lots of strong cardboard boxes with masking tape to seal them... list the items on the boxes so you know where they go
  
  a plan of where each box should go to
  
  lots of cool water or gatorade... it's hard work
  
  a tube of deep heat...
  
  hope you have a smooth move

  they'll move it there.. when the unloading and putting things in order, you are still going to need the deep heat
