  That red is so weird.
  I don't think a trained first aider would check for life signs by touching the patient on the neck that would aggravate any injuries! ahahah..

  I think he needs to extract her out of that car. Cos that might be a danger to her (might explode, other vehicles might crash in) blah blah.
