  From my point of view male nipples are of not any practical use at all? (Aside, that is, from providing a convenient place to hang nipple rings?) compare to female species which they needed them to nurse.
  
  And far from being passive participants, nipples usually swell and get erect somewhere on the road to orgasm or due to different climate.
  
  So end of the day, see no harm of having a nipple on a guy in general.
