please do not do that,do you know how much pain your parents will feel if your health is taken away cos of this.Is that worth it just so you can get a bf or friends who cannot accept your for who you are?Once your health is gone,it is very very hard to gain it back even way harder than losing weight.Also if you can only get friends and a bf who will only accept you if you are slim,but if you lose your health,what makes you think such people will then accept you and stay by your side,i do not want to think how you will end up.
If you cannot accept being plump and want to do something about it,exercise with a low fat balanced diet is really the way to go,not eating like a mouse.As you east lesser and lesser,the body will go on auto defense thinking that you are in some dire straits and starving.In response,the body will continue to lower its metabolism rate lower and lower to accomodate the smaller energy intake.Slowly this method will bring you slower and slower results cos of this and at the same time,your health will start to go away.
It will be best if you have a friend who want to lose weight as well,make a pact to do exercise together.Mutual motivation between friends will carry you a long way to start on a seemingly impossible mission of hardship when you first start the exercise regime.
Start off on a easy tone.Suggest you to start off with walking.Start of from taking long walks,you have to take at least a walk that last more than 30 mins because research shows that only after exercising for more than 20-25 mins will the body start using the body' accumulated fat as energy and burn them away.
Lots of people do not start of on this easy tone and try to just jog or do something heavy but just can only last for maybe 5 mins or so,then after session and session of this,they do not see much improvement and give up.
So give this a chance,take such a walk at least 3 times a week with a friend and chatting along the way will help make it a much easier task than it seems.
Before you know it,you would have finished such a 30 min walk
Combine this by eating a low fat diet,if possible break up your meals from 3 main meals to 6 small meals per day as eating at more interval per day fire up the body metabolism more times per day and the body burns off the food much better.However do not eat anything 3-4 hours b4 bed time as when you go to sleep,your body metabolism go down and such food consumed at those timing are not efficiently burned and thus being turned into undesirable body fat
Also if possible,do the walking exercise in the morning b4 you head of for the day,that is because after doing exercise in the morning,your body metabolism will be fired up early in the day and whatever food you eat for the day will be burned up faster.
Do this for at least 1-2 months and you should be able to see some result.
From then on,if you may wish to progressively increase your work out rate by doing some part of the former walking distance by doing light jogging.Try to jog until you feel breathless then stop and continue walking all the way.Doing this will slowly increase your lung power as your lungs develop more and more to accomodate the body's request for a tougher workout.You will find that as you go along,you will find yourself being able to jog for longer and longer period as you go by.Results will really show by now.
This is the hard way but it is healthy.You will not regret this if you just try it out.So i wish you good health.
