The open air concept of the kitchen @ City Hall branch poses a problem. You leave smelling like cooked food because of the ventilation and small indoor space. The noise also puts me on edge, like, the jarring sound of the blender at full speed, gives me a headache.

caveat... haven't been there for ages... it was before the renovation fellas moved in to prepare the place for the NE line..
when the place was a mess, i avoided the place.. have not gone there since...
