slow eaters are good... fast eaters like me suffers from indigestion.. and we get the feeling of a fuller stomach slower.. yeah.. it takes times for the stomach to tell the brain it is full.. that's why i have a big tummy for a skinny person like me.. and if the food is hot.. fast eater like me have a perpetual scalded tongue Razz
