  i like roast goose
  
  as for steamed fish, i grew up eating that stuff... take the thing apart until just bones left personal fave is steamed head of Big Head Carp or "Song" fish... very nice to eat

  the teochew style is braised goose, which i prefer over roast goose.
  
  Hmm... i like the stuffed sea cucumber, the different texture of the sea cucumber and the minced meat goes very well together. And also the fried hei chor (somewhat like ngoh hiang)

  on no, not biz lunch..just some pte lunch..i haven seen the lady for more than a yr liao....she slim down quite a lot after giving birth...n tat applies to me too.....
