  yah i prefer the roast version... however, for duck, i prefer braised duck... if it is done properly... wonder if i can remember how to cook a braised duck... used to be able to...
  
  mom's teochew so grew up eating the porridge and whatever... and that's where i learnt how to take apart a steamed fish

  Hmm... i like the stuffed sea cucumber, the different texture of the sea cucumber and the minced meat goes very well together. And also the fried hei chor (somewhat like ngoh hiang)
