I like Ji Tuo better actually...not so heavy laden with sadness? Ru Guo Ni Bu Xiao Xin Xiang Qi Wo is also quite sad...anyway, it's pity that he is selling baos instead of singing now. He would have been made as good a local male singer like AhDu, unless there is no marketing at all. He has the look, the voice and the eloquence. He was amazingly good on radio when DeJiang interviewed him some time back, you will wonder who is actually the one DJ-ing. If not, get his 10-year compilation released some months ago, it can serve as part relief.
I think some old Alex To songs are rather appropriate for JieQi's slot. I know he is now in the news for all the wrong reasons, but it shouldn't take anything away from his songs. "Fang Yi Ke Xin", "Wei Wo Zhao Gu Ta", "Yi Qi Kan Yue Liang" are quite appropriate for his slot. The latter song esp, it's a sexy number which you wish you are drinking wine to.
