Stress is really a silent killer.
I ate only 2 meals a day, but came home really stress, then can't sleep...in the end go online surf net. But while surfing, I ate salted cashew nuts, pizza biscuits, and drank beer, hoping to sleep. Just a few days like that it is really a 'killer' to my waist line...
Suddenly my waist line become significantly bigger...worst thing is I'm going for sea sports this weekend...knn...sure kenna tease for my tummy..fark man...
