After I read the 2nd time, I realised that CW3 is serving between Jurong East and Kota Raya. On the other hand, 666 is serving between Malaysian Checkpoint (KSAB) and Larkin.
Only CW3 will serve Singapore. 666 will not. -

The new checkpoint at JB is known as Integrated Southern Gateway, or GSB (Gerbang Selatan Bersepadu).
Actually, sv 666 alreadly exists. It's just that Handal Indah simply extend the route from Gelang Patah to KSAB. -

Those shopping centres in Kulai and Kota are a bit too far, bus fare wise, need at least RM 3 per trip, not really worth the trip, in my opinion.
Kompleks Lien Hoe is at the Eastern side, located slightly after Crystal Crown Hotel, 1km from Holiday Plaza. However, the shops in this shopping centre is more or less like Holiday Plaza but a smaller scale and NAC. Meanwhile, there are other big shops include "the store" and "ocean" supermarket/dept store, nothing much to buy though.
Bus fare wise, it will be RM 1 per trip. Get down at Wisma Daiman and cross the road using the overhead bridge. -
Jusco Taman University is among the better complexes in JB i find.
In terms of environment i.e. more high class, spacious, clean, better layout etc.

CW3 sucks! The idea of stopping at Gelang Patah ruins their whole service. GP is a total waste of time. 10 minutes to drive in from the highway, 20-30 minutes to wait for the bus to get to S'pore, another 10 minutes to drive back to the highway. Coming home in the evening is the same, if not a worse scenario. The bus left Jurong East at 6pm, reached GP at around 6.40pm but I only got to reached home at Tmn Perling at 8pm! It's so ridiculous.

Where exactly does the bus stop at Gelang Patah? I have no idea where the bus interchange is located. Is it near the petrol station? -
Well, Gelang Patah is very developed now but the interchange is right into the "kampung".
You have to drive straight in until you passed the 2 schools, the chinese Chinese school called Ming Terk will be on your right and the other Malay school on your left. After you passed the schools, you'll come to a traffic light and the interchange will be right in front of you.
CW3 has no problems picking up passengers punctually from Larkin, Tmn Perling or Tun Aminah but their major weak point is not knowing how to coordinate the buses so that upon reaching GP, the bus that has the permit to enter S'pore is already there waiting for us, instead of us wasting our precious time hanging around or "stoning" in the bus.
Many times we ended up having to wait very long at GP for the S'pore bus to arrive OR waiting for the next bus coming from Tmn Perling/Tun Aminah so that more passengers can fill-up the S'pore bus. The same goes with going home. Eventhough we're already in our respective buses (whether it's Tmn Perling/Tun Aminah or 666), yet we have to wait for the next S'pore bus to arrive in order to fill up our current bus. If it's 15mins wait it's still forgiveable, but sometimes we wait 30-45min. Then another 10mins to hit back the highway. They cheat us of our time and money.
But since 2nd Link has no crowd and jam, you might as well make GP your very own pick-up point, arrange for someone to drive you there and also fetch you home from the interchange.

For CW3, you should add Gelang Patah as the next "nightmarish stop" after Tmn Bkt Indah. CW3 actually dump their passengers there. It's a place of unpredictable torture before they finally bring you to CIQ or back to your residential area.

Thanks for your valuable feedback on the bus service. Perhaps we could send our opinions of the bus service to Handal Indah? Tell them that passengers are not pleased with the quality of service. -
Well, many of us have called up the office to file our complaints. The reply from the hotline operator was that he'll discuss with his "boss". When we complain to the bus drivers, they said it's not their fault, they don't know anything, they're just following orders.
Yesterday I spoke to CW3's "promoter" at the Causeway Link's booth at Jurong East, he just dialed the office no. in JB and pass his handphone to me. The reply I got was "Ok, tomorrow we'll make sure got bus..." This morning my bus from Bukit Indah reached GP interchange at 6.50am but just at the point when we're reaching, the bus to S'pore whizzed pass us. So we had to wait for the next bus which came at 7.10am. But it only move out after 10mins of meaningless wait. So 30mins were gone just like that!
We also let out our grievances to the uniformed Supervisory Staff of Handal Indah at CIQ & GP, but they seem so powerless to do anything. Instead, they have this look on their face that seem to be saying:
"I don't know. This is not my problem."
"We're doing our best...why complain so much?"
"I told my superiors oredi, they dun listen, what can I do..? I'm only a small fry..."
So the question is to whom should we complain to? Many of us have called up office until they so scared to pick up the phone. Or they only give us empty promises to improve but actually have a "tidak apa" attitude. -
It seems that Handal Indah is trying to save an average of (2.30 x 2 = 4.60 MYR) of Tanjung Kupang toll fee (http://www.secondlink.com/linkedua/tollrates.asp) for each two-way journey to Jurong East. Skipping Gelang Patah will not solve the problem. As it is, there are only a few Causeway Link buses that are licensed to enter Singapore. Even if the bus does not stop at Gelang Patah to switch passengers to another bus, it would have to do so somewhere else along the route. What is needed is better coordination of timing, such that the "transfer" bus is always waiting at Gelang Patah interchange by the time each bus arrives with a load of passengers and ready to go off promptly at a fixed time.

Well... when they first started their operation last week, all that switching among buses were done at CIQ itself!! The minute we walked out of immigration, all 3 buses (666, Tmn Perling & Tun Aminah) were there waiting for us. The whole of last week I was able to reach S'pore within an hour of departure from Tmn Perling & vice versa but my happiness was shortlived. Now I'll have to either bear with the extra 40-50 minutes @ GP or bear with the queuing & pushing crowd, air pollution & bumper-to-bumper jam at the causeway.
