which is the one going from JB to Pengerang? to Desaru also have the Ferry from Changi

From what l gather from the newspaper article, you have to take the bus to Penawar from JB, and thereafter take the bus from Penawar to Sungei Rengit, which is a town in Pengerang district. l am not very sure about the routes as l have not taken them before, spotted them in the Berita Harian and thought it would be informative.Originally posted by 105090:which is the one going from JB to Pengerang? to Desaru also have the Ferry from Changi
As for the ferry service from Changi, there is one to Tanjong Pengelih from Changi Pier (the pier where one takes a ferry to Ubin). It is a bum-boat ride which costs around S$10 depending on how many passengers there are on the boat. This l took before in May 2005, so l can tell you.
l think there is another ferry service to Tanjong Belungkor from Changi? But l am not too sure about this service.
Maybe you might want to explore and let the rest of the forumers know. -
At Changi Ferry Terminal, the ferry to TG Belungkor calls every 3-4 hours. Cars can also be loaded.. but i heard it has closed down..

This shuttle bus.. they didnt mention how long.. so guess its permanent.. Note that its on Fridays Saturdays Sundays PH only.. looking at the time, the journey will take about 50 minutes.
Saw it on Straits Times 03rd December.
PJ Quek.. did sv20 goes there (the new Jusco) cos the sgwiki said so, but not sure if its to Jusco doorstep.. and the fares and travelling time?
dont think i can make it on weekends.. too crowded and troublesome

Yeap, 20 does go to Jusco. Nevertheless, Jusco is not just 100m from the main road, you would like to take Tiram or Kota Tinggi bound buses to Jusco, if you don't mind to walk a bit. -
18 41 66 77 188 205 227 410 506 and also 20 can take? so the Ulu Tiram/ Kota Tinggi services has less walking times? do you know the fares to the area? Travelling time should be about 70 minutes.....

Jusco is just 100-200 metres away from the main road. It should not be a walking problem.
