  Not very sure, I haven't been the NS Highway for a long time, but I know that Triton have such services.

  That is an interstate express coach. Like other express buses, you buy a ticket at the counter. Of course, one of its destinations is the capital, Kuala Lumpur. I haven't been to Larkin for some time but I'm sure there are a few other destinations as well. At first glance the bus looks like the MAN 18.310. But it is actually a Mercedes-Benz.

  A number of bus companies in Malaysia operate interstate express buses as well as citybuses. Triton is one example. Causeway Link have followed suit.

  S&S also have, JB to Kota Tinggi, Kulai, Bandar Tenggara, Mersing and Kluang.

  I think after CW1 performed badly. Weekday demand is a wash-out

  I saw some CW1s queueing up @ JB Checkpoint towards sg, before the SJE berth, waiting for one bus to pack up.... CW1 also started to pick up people adjacent to KRJ, together with coin changing service.

  This shows bus got no biz... CW1 is actually bleeding on weekdays, remembered how CW1 got good biz last year. Did you see them playing cheat by parking at SBS designated berth?
  
  Sv 950 initally also had buses waiting for passengers. Is it still done now on weekdays esp?

  No liao, CW1 @ Kranji MRT adjacent bus stop, they parked @ the very first berth, definitely not the SBST or SMRT ones. While @ opposite Kranji MRT bus stop, CW1 always park under the bridge, leaving the SBST/SMRT berth empty for SBST/SMRT buses. At JB Checkpoint ( heading Singapore side ), CW1 parked @ the place before the SJE berth, so it doesn't affect SBST.
  
  950 still waiting for passengers, this is still a better way because 950's frequency is more than 10 minutes, passengers who took 950 from JB, should try to board the same 950. If they miss the 950, they will have to wait for the next 950 to come, which will take some time.

  Yes, the furthest one from MRT.
  
  950 reporting late probably due to jam in Malaysian side.

  No SG-JB bus will stop @ the bus stop adjacent to City Square. 160 / CW1 / 950 are only permitted to allow passengers to alight @ Kota Raya Terminal, and 170 allowed @ both Kota Raya and Larkin.
  
  Only JB local buses are allowed to stop @ City Square. So, best way to go to City Square is either:
  
  1. Discontinue your journey @ JB Checkpoint and walk to City Square, just 300m away.
  
  2. Take 170 / 160 / 950 / CW1 up to Kota Raya Terminal, get down @ there, walk along Jalan Terus* ( follow the traffic flow, Jalan Terus is one way street ), turn left @ the staircase @ Public Bank, go down the staircase, and you will see an overhead bridge at the left side, cross the overhead bridge, you will be linked to City Square.
  
  * Jalan Terus is the one way street adjacent to the Kota Raya Terminal.

  The coaches used by CWL express uses big seats meaning.. 3 in a row.
  I saw the bus outside PuduRaya Ter (near the hotel).. When I walked past there, a man there ask me want to go JB. Meaning CWLExpress no office in puduraya ter??

  Forget it, on Friday they did not deploy more buses on CW1... Thinking it is a normal day as like in Malaysia (There is no Good Friday holiday in MY)...
