SBS 2888 T is actually a daily bus for Express 518. Just that it is rarely seen, as it is the sole Scania L94UB in SBST fleet as well as the frequency of the service.Originally posted by SBS3624G:999U and 2888T sighted at Safra Tamp.
2888T was juz behind as the 2 raced towards the next bus-stop 2 days ago. Say, I tot 2888T only appears on Sat? Or did I get it wrong.
A now rare sight.
994H on 9. The mkIV dm still retains the now rare outer covering of the front wheels that used to be common on B10Ms. I still remember some of the mkIIs had their's painted red. What has happened?
Why were the Volvo dress rims removed while the Merc ones remained? If I'm not wrong, MAN vehicles also have similar dress rims and their rear axle pattern is virtually identical to the O405 ones.Originally posted by off_service:SBS 2888 T is actually a daily bus for Express 518. SBS 994 H was a former AMDEP MK4 DM. The "outer covering", the rims, is now commonly found on AMDEP MK4 DMs only. Try looking at services 21 and 131. It was mentioned to some enthusiasts that the rims are actually for cosmetic reasons.
