Svc 13
was deployed by full fleet of Volvo Mk 3 during the 90s before it was extended from Eunos to Marine Parade estate
now deployed with older Merc (WA and metsec) buses, some even CAC somemore
Svc 16
used to have Volvo Mk 4 (DM, Strider and DM3500) when it plied from Changi Airport to Bukit Merah
now degraded to only Volvo Mk 3 buses
Svc 26
long time ago used to have double-deckered Superbuses, now only Merz 0405, route unchanged
Svc 82
was deployed by Superbuses and even VSOs, now with the route truncated, uses mostly old Volvo Mk 2
Svc 90
used to have double-decked non-aircon buses, now only Scania NAC
Svc 139
used to have Leyland Olympian Superbuses, but now all single decked Merc 0405
Svc 186
used to have Volvo Olympian 2 Axle Double Deckered Non Aircon, but now all older Volvo Mark 2 -
307 - Used to have DDs during SBS times but under tibs, it used to have bendies when first taken over. Now, only has miserable CAC 0405
190 - Full DD fleet during SBS time now only has 65% bendy.
920 - Used to have all kindsw of buses now left with 2 Nissan U31s
921 - Same as 920 -

If you consider switching to older buses "downgrading" then...
33: With HGDEP it was full Mk4, after switching to BNDEP it is an even mix of Scanias & Mk4.
72: last time it had a few VOs, now replaced with LOs, also recently lost 2 VSOs for 2 LOs
86: last time many 96xx DDs and Volvos after xfer to AMDEP, they pulled out all the Volvos and replaced them with Mercs while ALL of but 2 of the VOs were removed and also replaced with Mercs.
63, 154: Newer Mk4 fleet switched to Mercs after xfer to BRAM.
159: last time when 163 was Toa Payoh - Jalan Kayu, 159 was with HGDEP with a full fleet of Volvos. Switched to AMDEP after 163 was extended to Sengkang while 163 became HGDEP.
others:
81: a whole lot of VOs (7?) were transferred to 65 & 70 in exchange for a few Mk4s after it was shortened.
502: before shortening got VSO, Trident, VO, LO, Mk4, Mercs, after shortening left with only ex-PA CAC Mercs. -
Sv. 159 was partial HG/AM control after extension to Sengkang while 163 was full BRAM when it plied Jln Kayu. 920 used to have 1 MB Hispano Carocera OAC O405 (TIB 541 M), 1 MB Hispano Carocera CAC O405 (TIB 725 A) & 1 MB O405 Volgren (TIB 967 T), but all 3 buses with no ad. Only TIB 725 A is repainted with new SMRT livery.. But now, either it gets 2 UD U31RCNs buses & or 3 UD U31RCNs buses (with the exception of last Sunday, 16/1/05, see P.S below for more details).. SCANIA L113CRL Walter Alexander Strider, TIB 637 X, with Power 98 FM ad, or some other MB O405 CAC buses..
P.S: Last Sunday, 920 has full MB fleets for the whole day and 921 has Scania bus (TIB 638 T) also for the whole day.. From what i noticed, on that day, i only saw 1 UD U31RCN CAC bus passing thru Bt Panjang Road towards Boon Lay once (think is TIB 1253 M cos this bus is the only bus in this series with an ad at the back of the bus.. correct mi if i'm wrong).. Other than that, i never saw anymore UD U31RCN buses anymore for that whole day, not even the OAC version.. (still wondering y is this so..) -

comparing LO3x and VO3x, LO3x is older of course, but not much difference to me...equally cosy on the interior, the red-color seats on the newer batch of VO3x looks more appealing though -
SBS 9188J also have that kind of red seat.
