Also perhaps "pamper" isn't the correct word to use here. SBST has their own reasons for bus deployments and I believe they don't favour a service over another service.

1688 can be re-assigned to 74, 147, 156 or 165. As long as it is a joint operation with BBDEP or ARBP.

IF that guy is to be put on 115, i think that itz abit wasted to put such a good bus on such a short route.. i think 115 deserve buses like Mk3s.. not 1688K...

cos the bus is high-maintenance, they will try to use it less, thus the deployment on short routes and S/T shifts. jus like 997A, 998Y, 999U, 2988M, 2989K and 2888T.
anyway if u sit the bus, it still smells new.

service 371 will be withdrawn on 12/3/2004 and 163 will start using the new route not sure of 84 saw the poster in Toa Payoh interchange

Hope 1688 goes over to 147. It needs low floor buses. Even better would be transfer it to BBDEP-ARBP, since this depot is another Volvo stronghold.

By the way, is having perm low-floor buses (Tridents) the reason for 64 to remain with HGDEP instead of going over to BRAM? It could use B10TLs instead. HGDEP can contribute two VO3Xes to compensate for the redeployment of B10TLs.
