and the idea of putting 196 at upp east coast is truly not allowed by me! a lot of beach-goers take 196 to go to the underpass at marine terrace where the bus serves.

I think some Marine Pde routes may be affected by CCL rationalisation. Svc 76 is likely to be badly hit since it is heavily duplicated by 43 and 135. Svc 608 may be chopped and be partially covered by 16 from Marine Cr to BDK. That leaves 55, 135 & 155 to be extended to UEC.Originally posted by kenny_cai:I don't think so. Marine Parade is the only town without a transport network such as a bus interchange, MRT station etc. I suggest to build one bus interchange at Marine Parade Central. Those staying there will know.
