I too don't understand why SBST is not putting DDs on this services especially service 66 it is always so packed i think SBST should really consider putting DDs on service 66.Originally posted by bluezombie10:I would like to ask if SBST plans to introduce ADDs on Svc 63 n 66. For svc 63, is the slopes over at Redhill/Rumah Tinggi Estate too much too handle for the ADDs? How about svc 66? I don't think there is any height restriction along the service route.
According to one of the regular contributors here, the stretch of Dunearn Rd near SCGS has some low branches. Notice that all DDs plying along Dunearn Rd do not go to Newton Circus.Originally posted by 5454:I too don't understand why SBST is not putting DDs on this services especially service 66 it is always so packed i think SBST should really consider putting DDs on service 66.

Since 1999. Prior to that, SBS was in charge. Anyway, 66 & 67 duplicate from Jln Besar up to Jln Jurong Kecil.Originally posted by joelwinston2005:Service 67 belong to $MRT not SBS. So not DD.

SMRT buses, NOT tibs, do not call their articulated buses super-long buses. They call it the bendy bus. The bendy bus u are talking about is the Habit modelOriginally posted by Tomas_Rosicko:The interior of SBS 9889 U looks like new TIBS super-long buses serving woodlands estate, orange grabpoles and light blue chasssis
People may not be as well versed as us in bus models. Anyway, many Singaporeans still refer to SMRT Buses as TIBS and SBS Transit as SBS. And saying Superlong TIBS bus isn't wrong, since the bus is "super" long, and easily understood as SMRT Buses only have Bendys as long vehicles.Originally posted by cck_190:SMRT buses, NOT tibs, do not call their articulated buses super-long buses. Articulate is a better word than superlong, in my opinion.Originally posted by off_service:People may not be as well versed as us in bus models.
