Why no PTC Audit Report for 2004?

Why there isn't any PTC Audit report for 2004? The audit report only comes out when there is a need to justify a fare increment?
Any heard of possible fare increment on the way?
Perhaps PTC should allow only fare increment for services that ply by SBST Double Deckers and SMRT dual cabin buses.
Each morning, kind of frustrate when a Single Deck SBST165 arrived. And had to stand all my way from Holland V to Adam Road. Moreover Single Deck seats are cramped and stuffy, unlike Double Deck buses which are cool and ample leg room.
I won't mind paying 5cents more for a double deck or a dual cabin buses.
And worst for SMRT 106, a single deck bus arrived, and I probably had to stand all the way from Holland Ave to Orchard Road..
Perhaps for buses that command higher frequency, and for services which were served with 4 minutes and below. They should be allowed to charged 5 cents more.
Like SMRT190, SBST96.
It's time to think out of box, what command a higher premium. And bus companies hopefully encouraged and motivated to better served the public. -
well..thk your stars that you can board the bus..I cant even board sv963 at certain bus stops during peak hours most of the time.

It's still faster to travel by bus ffrom holland to amk than to take train from bv to amk.
Doubt I will travel by CCL, from holland to bishan and than to amk and finally a bus to serangoon north. -

You have to stand. You are lucky already, in HK, there are totally no seats even on ADD
SMRT190 has abt 20+ bendies, compared to 43 ADD in SBS bef 1999 -
Comparing both NEL and EWL/NSL, I definitely won't mind paying 10cents more for a seat. SMRT is more than happy that the trains are packed to the brim, and commuters have to wait for 6 minutes for a train.
