Anyone staying along Tampines Ave 9 or St 45? U think the buses serving near ur hse enough or not? Tampines Ave 9 got 3svcs while St 45 got 2svcs. Pls do complain!

It is a problem of sv 29 at Tampines Ave 9 ( Durman Sec Sch and Tampines Junior Colleague) It is very long sv 29. Last time, Sv 28 is very easily to stranght towards Tampines Ave 2, Bedok North Ave 3, Changi Rd) It is better of sv 28 only not sv 29. I think SBST insulted us...

The main reason was to provide residents staying along Tampines Streets 34 and 45 a link to Tampines Interchange, and Service 29 was diverted to Tampines Avenue 9 to cover up the area that Service 28 used to cover.
If you ask me, it should be Townlink 293 that should be extended. From Street 45, it can then proceed to Street 34, Street 32, and then follow it's original route again. But I still think Service 29 shoud continue service Avenue 9. -

By making Svc 28 ply St 45/34/32, SBST has left a 'black hole' in the Ave 9 sector between St 45 and Ave 7, whereby the only bus is 29/293 and the only places to go from there are Tampines Interchange or Tampines Ave 7 and beyond. It is rather inconvienent for commuters since they have lost a direct link to Ave 2 and all the bus services there (it is a rather popular bus transfer point, and is a bustling neighbourhood centre). Perhaps SBST wants them to walk to the nearest bus stop where they can board a bus down to Ave 2?
I don't think Svc 293 should be extended at all. St 42/43 residents will not appreciate the long time it takes to get to their houses -
Hahahaha... yeah, complains bout service 28... bus frequency a bit crazy... lol can sometimes wait until 30 mins for the bus... den come 2 or 3 of the same service... Wat to do... Traffic jam...

me staying somewhere der too... but i guess it will be better if there is a new service made to link st45 and st32/33/34

I am quite happy with the amended routes, although 28 had to go in Tampines Mart. I really don't mind. It provides a better link for some people. I often take 28 to Tampines Mart. Last time there were no direct link to there. It is a convenience to school students along that route. And here you are complaining. What's the meaning of this? It shows that you only think about yourself!
