  I saw it serving on 147 just before CNY. It was spotted at CLE Ave 3 (Fairprice). So far, among the CLE route group services, only 166 has perm LO3Xes.

  I know that too. BBDEP does not supply LO3Xes to CLE services. Neither does HGDEP for 147. I suspected 9067 was nicked from Svc 10.

  there's no LO 3x in hgdep.
  
  all the bbdep LOs are in arbp, except that SP bus 9176T who can go cameo on any bbdep or arbp service.

  It was originally Service 166 BBDEP bus. But after the opening of SLBP, Many of the LOs went over to SLBP and left a few of them in ARBP/BBDEP. So there is not a single LO3x perm on any BBDEP service but on ARBP services.
