Services 16 & 63

Service 16 is so long, shouldn't it end at Upp East Coast instead of Svc 13?
Also, if Service 63 can have some ARBP buses, why can't BNDEP take part responsibility for Service 16. Both have a similar arrangement regarding the first trip departing from the midpoint (T2) of the route. -
sv16 is not long! If it ends up at Upp East Coast, it will partly duplicate sv14! Do note tt sv16 used to be under BNDEP. However with the closure of Marine Parade Terminal. sv16 buses are under full BBDEP control[correct me if i m wrong] coz BNDEP is way too crowded and partly because the previous fleet of sv16 {SBS882Y - SBS902Z} is split up by deployments to HGDEP & BNDEP control. [again, correct me if i m wrong]. & u have to ask the depot manager why they split up sv16 buses...

What about the Striders?
Also, it means a rush for service captains in the morning when they leave ARBP for Mandarin Gdns. Unlike their friends on Svc 63, who set off for Rumah Tinggi, a stone's throw from ARBP.
If Svc 16 captains don't mind the rush, it's possible to give BRAM full responsibility for Svc 63. -

If 63 goes full BRAM, what do you suppose will happen? Striders swapped for Mercs from 145? -

Actually it isnt so bad.... ARBP to MPR Mandrian Gdns is much more direct in a 20 min cruise down AYE and ECP. this is unlike 63 which has a less direct route from BRAM to RMT. hence i think 16 could still be ARBP deployed. -

Coz SBS666E,SBS832S,SBS834L,SBS745K have swopped to sv195 in exchange for SBS812A,SBS864A,SBS878K. Pull out 608 and let 16 cover its deleted sector up to BDK Int. -

Dei, u kiddin me? pull out CSS608, do u know tt CSS608 is the only svc tt links up East Coast, Marine Parade, NAtional Stadium, Suntec, CBD, Chinatown to Bukit Merah, it's very convenient to East Siders! bsides tt, each svc have their own passengers... shldnt combine...Originally posted by iveco:How about this:

I say that SBST buys over CSS 608 from CSS, convert it into a regular bus service, and renumber it 128. "Bedok - Bukit Merah" seemed like an SBST service.

no service has partial control under sister depot
i.e bbdep and arbp, amdep and bram -
i think 92 recently switched to ARBP....65 93 are also under ARBP.
