  Since the new B9TL is at BBDEP, someone from SGBuses said the rego will be SBS9889U.It will be out on aug 05..

  The demo is going to be a B10TL. The bodywork is used on a B10TL chassis as a form of demonstrator, but what will come into SBST in the future will be a B9TL.

  Excuse me... The chassis that is used for that demo is a B10TL, coz B9TL wasn't produced when SBST wanted to try out the new bodywork.
  
  The B10TL with the demo bodywork and the B9TLs that are brought in later are 2 different chassis.

  Honey, the B9TLs have not touched the shores of beautiful Singapore yet. The ONE demonstrator aircon double-decker bus that you see residing currently in BBDEP (previously HGDEP and BRAM) is nothing but a B10TL with a different bodywork from the Volgren CR222L that you see adorning the 98XX series of B10TL or what you know as VSOs.
  
  Because of a report, you tell others (or should I say, spread rumours) that the bus is a B9TL? Show me the evidence.

  SBS9889U is a B10TL[b] or [b]VSO, the same chassis as 9800A-9894K and 9888Y. it is jus a bus tat was bought around the same time but is coming out late.
  
  none of the B9TL chassis has arrived in singapore yet.
  
  it is likely this bus will be launched as the first locally designed bus. no details yet, jus speculation.
  
  it is also unlikely tat we will have to wait till august to board it as this registration number is already active and its life span of 17 years has already started from the end of february so SBST is likely to deploy it soon. tis has been the case with most buses.
  
  the bus tat will start coming in from august is the B9TL, which is not this demo B10TL SBS9889U.
