Expect service 408 to use Dennis Darts due to 3 reasons. First is that the stretch of Labrador Villa Rd outside the food centre (one-way road) is narrow and there is illegal parking on both sides of the road, so 12m buses will have serve problems passing thru this stretch of the road. Second is that the stretch of Port Rd between former Tanjong Berlayer camp and carpark B is out-of-bound to all heavy vehicles including 12m buses, there are signs there displaying this. Third is that the buses have to do a 3-point turn in carpark B and based on my observation, there is insufficient space for a 12m bus to do a 3-point turn there.
So far, in Labrador park, there is only one poster informing the public of the new service at the bus stop near carpark A, the poster is pasted on a NParks notice board. There is no poster at carpark B.
Bus stop yellow-box marking had been done on the road surface at the bus stop near carpark A. The marking is: "For SBS T buses only". The bus stop marking is about the length of a Dennis Dart. The bus stop near carpark A is at the roundabout, with no bus stop pole. As for the location of the bus stop at carpark B, there is nothing there presently to identify where it will be.
Also, so far there is no bus stop poles after the food centre (towards the park) and opposite Singapore Institute of Marketing (towards HarbourFront). These two are the additional bus stops along Labrador Villa Rd beside the two at Labrador park. -

Parks 408 is like the Citybuzz scheme. The fare is so ex. Even 401 charges normal trunk fares.
