  Ok, the investigation is out. 408 is using striders from ARBP 93 as crossovers only.

  I feel 403 is better off as a feeder service since it plies mainly residential areas.

  Tranquilice has the rego list. Most of them are striders save for 2761.

  From ARBP. Just that they don't do crossover from/to service 93 as what sbs&tibs mentioned.
