As ComfortDelgro is operating public transport overseas too, would the retiring SBST buses be shipped overseas and begin a new lease of life at ComfortDelgro's overseas market?
btw, did some of the LO2axles ended up as mentioned above instead of the scrapyard? -
Only 2 Leyland Olympian 2X escaped the scrapyard. One is at Youth Park and the other became Bobby the Gymbus. The rest, sadly, have become twisted metal. A few years prior to withdrawal the LO 2X have been put up for sale. Apparently, no buyers came forth. The future of Bobby is uncertain. How I wish there is some way to preserve that bus.

The Gymbus is always parked at the carpark outside McDonald's at the National Stadium, you can see it if you keep going straight from Old Airport Rd into the Stadium area.
